We already know that plastic causes damage to the environment, but how to minimize these impacts? Many times, the incentive to this type of practice needs to be worked on by managers, helping in the awareness of the team, and it is also essential to invest.

To reduce plastic consumption, we came up with a sustainable idea for the reduction of disposable cups. To encourage our employees to exchange the disposable cup for the mug, we donated a mug to each employee in the administrative sectors.

With this we were able to reduce the consumption of an average of 14 thousand disposable cups per year. Besides all of Incofios’ sustainable actions, our goal is to involve our collaborators in this process of change so that everyone can collaborate for a better world.
